Due to the custom nature of our costumes and production timelines, all sales are final. Once a registration or costume order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Exceptions
We only offer refunds or exchanges if:

You received the wrong costume (style or size)

The costume arrived with significant damage caused during our handling or packaging
To request a review for a possible exception, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include clear photos and a description of the issue. After review, we will determine whether a replacement or partial refund is applicable.
