2. Sizing and Fittings

  • Parents are responsible for selecting the correct costume size for their child. We provide size guides and will offer fitting opportunities before final pickup.

  • Customizations outside of what is offered may not be possible.

3. Costume Distribution

  • Distribution details, including pickup date, time, and location, will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or social media.

  • Costumes must be collected within the specified window. Unclaimed costumes may not be held after the event.

4. Participation Requirements

  • All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the day of the parade.

  • Masqueraders are expected to arrive on time and follow instructions from Sherzel Productions staff to ensure safety and smooth participation.

  • Sherzel Productions is not liable for injuries, lost items, or damages that occur during the event.

5. Media Use

By registering, you grant Sherzel Productions the right to use photos or videos of your child in costume for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Communication

By registering, you agree to receive important updates via email, phone, or messaging apps. You can unsubscribe at any time, but this may result in missing critical costume or event information.

7. Policy Updates
